Master class on making candles from wax in the modular town "Dubky" for children! As part of the Art Therapy project!
This week we organized an incredibly exciting master class for our little creative masters in the Dubky modular town. The children immersed themselves in the world of making candles from wax and learned about the technique that has been passed down from generation to generation.
The event began with a short introduction about how candles were made in the past and what a wonderful tradition it is. The children were immersed in the atmosphere of warmth and coziness that comes with making their own candles.
Then the workshop moved on to the most interesting stage - making candles with their own hands! The children received wax plates, colored paints, fragrances and various molds to create unique candles. They had fun choosing the color and shape of their creations.
The creative process united the children and created an atmosphere of community and friendship. Each participant discovered his or her talent as a craftsman and happily shared their work with others.
The final part of the workshop was an exhibition of all the candles created. The children proudly presented their masterpieces.
